Our commitment
We want you to be satisfied with ChatGPT PRO. If something goes wrong with your subscription or activation, we'll work with you to resolve it — including refunds when appropriate.
Eligible refunds
- Failed activation: Payment confirmed on-chain but PRO access not activated within 48 hours.
- Duplicate charge: You were charged twice for the same billing period.
- Service outage: Extended downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your paid period, at our discretion.
Non-refundable cases
- Change of mind after successful activation and use of PRO features
- Incorrect wallet or network used by the customer (e.g., sending on wrong chain)
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
How to request a refund
Contact support within 14 days of the charge with:
- Your email address associated with the account
- Transaction hash (TXID) from your wallet
- Brief description of the issue
We review requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are sent in USDT to the original wallet when possible.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime to stop future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current period unless an eligible case above applies.
